A Good Mystery Poem by Sharon Wiseman

A Good Mystery

A good mystery is a challenge
As I turn each page and read
I have to weigh the evidence
Figure out who's done the deed The suspects all seem innocent
At first glance until you find
The evidence against each one
Piles up and bogles your mind But one by one you eliminate
As the suspects start to tell
The truth you learn as they relate
The victim is alive and well
