A Grave Yard Thought Poem by Jackie Cevering

A Grave Yard Thought

Rating: 5.0

I was walking through the grave yard
and the wierdest thing came to mind
I wonderd for as many head stones i'd past
maybe one of the old ones has been mine.

Now having such thoughts as this
i now do believe it could be true
for i may have allready past away before
and this life i am now living is new.

As I bent down for shade
and perched upon the grass
sat underneathe this tree
and several question's past.

But the only real answer
to my questions in my mind
was that no matter how many life's i lived
I knew i had the same soul deep down inside.
