A Great Silence

Rating: 5.0

I have my own
Appliance for
Reducing sounds
But I am talkative.

I am free and so
You cann't force me
To talk only in
Mother-tongue.

And what is a
Mother-tongue?
Is earth not
The mother?

Hereafter, reign
A great silence.

Gajanan seems to have a muzzle but does not plan on using it on anybody but himself, to silence him to connect with the silence of mother nature. Interesting.

Yes I agree. I love my mother and her sisters as well. I do not hesitate spending days at my uncle or aunt's houses. There should be no bar on thinking, on expressing in any manner one feels comfortable with. Thanks for this nice poem.
