In my travels I spent time with a great yogi.
Once he said to me.
“Become so still you hear the blood flowing
through your veins.”
One night as I sat in quiet,
I seemed on the verge of entering a world inside so vast
I know it is the source of
all of
us.
Verily, utmost silence and patience makes us realize the reality

We, the lesser mortals are often oblivious of our heart beating 72 times in a minute, pumping blood through our blood vessels. Then how can we imagine the flow of blood! No wonder, we are not able hear. To hear it we need to bring ourselves closer to Him. That is what Mira did.
