A Hint Of Spring Poem by Theresa Ann Moore

A Hint Of Spring

Strong yet supple branches
are reaching skyward
as a gentle breeze
persuades swaying
The wondrous scent
of spring is carried
on the whispering breath
of a glorious new day

Swelling buds
are predicting…
Fruit trees are about
wake and yawn
The blush of blossoms
will soon appear
Announcing that finally...
winter is gone
