A Juvenile Weakness Poem by Janine Alyssa Navarro

A Juvenile Weakness

Rating: 3.5

juvenile thoughts are exchanged, I smile faintly
unequivocal bonds lie within, like two stars brightly lit
needless to say a reticent actuality, still I don’t cease
sadness runs off to a holiday, company is on over-time
oblivious and vague is the closeness born anew
to fathom the concept of unconditional friendship
I savour every gesture, though forever is a fiend
still every second with you is an undeniable weakness
