A Lady Love Poem by Ruma Chaudhuri

A Lady Love

Rating: 5.0

Grooming herself
With the pea cock's tail
And with a white garland
She thought herself to be a queen,
A queen of the cloud's land.

When the flowers bloom
Bees come very soon
So the clouds also fall in love
And builds only his dream's dune.

That teen age girl is now full grown
Her beauty has spread
To far from their known
Now she is a beauty icon
As a moon she radiates
Her glow of own.

Getting the news from
The clouds and the breeze
He's come with the blue roses
From across the seas.

He took her hand and made her queen
And took her to the lands of Dream.

Nightingale s are singing a happy song
The shy moon has already gone.
But she is looking like a moon
And they fall in love very soon.
