A Last Voyage Poem by Hebert Logerie

A Last Voyage

Rating: 5.0

I will travel no longer
On the sea as in the past
I will not be returning to war
Without an apron, with one bare ass.

I will go with the wind
A few minutes before dawn
I will no longer play in the sand
Like a toddler, like a fawn.

This is a last voyage
I ‘m leaving, I will depart
With the wind, with a big cloud.

Goodbye, I will be apart
I will leave with the waves like a sage
Now; I'm a wandering tramp in a shroud.
