A leap of faith, what is that?
I think it is exactly what it means.
You walk across the gangplank,
Carefully not removing your blindfold.
Confident that the universe
Has you firmly in its hold.
You awake in bliss and wonder.
It is the happiest you have been.
You're still alive and soaring,
A happiness something rare brings.
The wind rushes through your hair,
You stretch and spread out your wings!
A leap of faith, what is that?
It's where the faithless are broken, and the fearless win.
