A Leppidoptera
Although it's flight is quite erratic
This dainty insect soars ecstatic
And though it seems to have no power
It effortlessly gains each flower
On wings so fragile and exquisite
Every blossom begs it's visit
And we entreat the question why
God created the butterfly
A delightful little poem, only marred by details - Lepidoptera has one P, and means insects as a whole, not just one individual. ITS as a possessive has no apostrophe.
