A Letter To A Silent Lady Poem by Randy Bolante Jr

A Letter To A Silent Lady

Rating: 5.0

Towards those dark sleepy nights
make a twinkle of an eye
Say your worries on splendid sights
and your heart in those stars above

You strike the morning blossoms with shines
You make the birds sing of poetry and love
You take me in the thickness of pines
You met me in the distress of my months

So now let me twist the words above
those words bright cries aloud
with the idea of you not to be found
here in these gray fields
barren and shroud.
