A Letter To Another Poem by Bullion Grey

A Letter To Another

I have meditated for every since I can remember.
Even as a child I remember going into temporary 'awake dreams' where often I would dream as I wanted it to be before some family problems.

Other times I sat the entire class of a subject and instead of doing the test or work the teacher gave, I would enter my inner world and walk great fields of grass or hike sunny mountains. Often I would be drawn out by a teacher yelling at me to wake up. Then I didnt know it was what we call meditation.

Consciousness in ascent rises above the Wheel of Karma.
So we act only from Love in all actions which are for the highest good for all, as I understand it now. Often reaping what we sow can be changed by this Lightness of being.

Many a farmer can tell you that many other things, that he/she did not plant, grow where they sow.

It is often True that many teachings from anceint times are not the whole Truth. And the writers often included what they thought along with their vision of the Truth. Else how can we account for miracles?

Miracles break ALL known laws of sowing/reaping, and even phyisics. The knowledge that has been shared with me from Guides is that the Universe is One thought of Consciousness.
As all thinking, it has no limits.

Think of your dreams when you go to sleep.
No laws of anything apply in dreams. We can breath under water, we can fly at will, we are in presence of powerful dangerous animals and have no fear or even prove to be greater in strength than the fearsome creature in our dreams.

Limits are what you defend and believe. Otherwise there are no limits. And as one who lives with thought of purity, I have no gain in loss of others, I always choose life, and nothing has domination over me, except that which I accept as such.

I believe some writings are useful both ancient and current, other writings are not of use at this time.

Source has revealed Itself to all of us and we always know what to do. Though I do study all spiritual writings to expand awareness.

Currently I am studying the reality of consciousness and decision making. We have the illusion that is even this world, and as such we have the illusion that we are in control of all our decisions and actions.

Some we do, but a surprising number of actions and thoughts do not originate from our connection to Mind. There are rouge powers and energies that interupt our days here, and sometimes affect us with over powering actions. I think of when I saw a news report and they asked a woman why she killed. Her answer: 'I dont know why.' Neither did others who lived with her.

Read Dr. David Hawkins book: Power VS Force....this writing shows that there are energy forces we are yet unaware of. Some can be seen in the shape shifting lights in a pool of water being shined on by the sun, or other light sources.

Remember, Dogma is just Dogma. The fruit inspector is to inspect the fruit for her/himself. Not by reading what others have experienced only. now I go into the Silence **************************************************************************************** From a site speaking to your words: 'Kill the Buddha'/Buddhism is quite unique in that its founder never said, 'Believe what I say.' Buddhism means find out for yourself.. i.e., kill the Buddha. [look inside] The Buddha said, 'Do not accept anything by mere tradition. Do not accept anything just because it accords with your scriptures. Do not accept anything because it agrees with your opinions or because it is socially acceptable. Do not accept anything because it comes from the mouth of a respected person. Rather, observe closely and if it is to the benefit of all, accept and abide by it.' This Sutta - the Kalama Sutta - is the root of Zen-style inquiry into the true self. Just before he died the Buddha said, 'Life is very short, please investigate it closely.' We are left with the great question: What am I? What is a human being? In his great compassion the Buddha leaves us only with footprints pointing the way... in the end he cannot help us; we must find the answer ourselves. Zen, too, asks the question but does not have the answer. But you do, if you look inside. Namaste, Shirley
