A Little Crush - Poem by Sage M. Gold

When I look at him,
Staring at me,
I am at a loss of words.
His brilliant blue eyes,
Catch mine,
And make it unusually hard,
To speak.

Butterflies?
I’ve got bees,
I feel so stupid,
I forget everything,
I never thought that I could,
Fall in love,
But this is love,
I love him,
Very much I do,
I do not posses the knowledge,
To answer so,
I will just tell myself,
It’s just a little crush….

When I look at him,
Staring at me,
I am at a loss of words.
His brilliant blue eyes,
Catch mine,
And make it unusually hard,
To speak,
But I tell myself,
It’s just a little crush…
