A Little While Poem by Aimee Nell

First of all, I have to give a good friend of mine partial credit for this poem. It was shaped out of a conversation between me and him. If you would like to read his poems as well, he's on here as Austin Clark.

We all go through pain.
And there's not a thing we can do,
Except embrace the happiness we have.
Let it shine through.
Let it fill us,
Wash away the pain,
Soothe our hearts for a little while,
If only for a little while.
