A Love Beyond The Eternal Sunrise Poem by Howard Michael Bricker

A Love Beyond The Eternal Sunrise

So much like sunrise
Sunrise, sunset
Love like the sun will never really set
An eternal loving glow
that spreads its warmth upon the earth
A radiance that touched everyone she met
Her sparkle of light
melted the hardest of hearts.
It was that loving glow,
her loving glow,
whose laughter, smiles, love....
Soared out......
Beyond
Beyond the miles, and miles.......
From here to eternity
And now to infinity
With tears,
I know that the dawn must come
casting its crimson pall.
With heartbreak,
I know, that the sun must also set,
disappearing beyond the heavens above.
Knowing that she is being welcomed with God's love
to that eternal sunrise beyond.
Beyond the mountains, streams, and plains,
here, her spirit remains
Her love will last forever
