A Love To Complete Me Poem by Karen Montegrande

A Love To Complete Me

Behind the locked up storage of this room
Are the memories of the past love that bloomed,
Aside from the bitter sweet love story of the past,
Are the pain i hide until now it last,
And still it lingers deep inside my soul and it holds me back to becoming whole,

Around the portal to my soul,
Are the pour of sorrow on the long, wide, silent hall,
I saw how much you meant to me,
When you left with that goodbye,

It broke me,
I was always open for the possibilities,
That somewhere, somehow you'll find your way back to me,
And in that road you'll realize it's me and me exactly,

Over the times i cried again and again,
Are the regression of my feelings for you,
Shedding tears was all i had to do,
'cause i know you've found someone new,
But then again i feel glad,
For this heart might feel sad
but i know in the future he'll give me a love that's unselfish,
A love that will recognize every differences,
A love that will cover the whole past have made,
A love that will accept me,
A love that maybe will be forever,
A love that is without conditions,
And a love that i will be proud to say the words 'YOU COMPLETE ME'
i don't need money, fortune or fame, i just need a love to complete the me.
