A Million Words Unsaid Poem by Lizzy Henry

A Million Words Unsaid

Rating: 4.3

(I wrote this poem along time ago)

You can't rewind time
I miss you
But it will never be the same
Someday I will forget,
So will you
Our calls will stop
Memories will fade
we'll drift apart
Everything we share will turn into dust
And the wind will pick it up and take it away
Never knowing what lies ahead
But forgetting our past
I wish,
I just hope that someday
I can tell you how I really feel
But as soon as the calls stop
We talk less and less
Day by day
I stand there wanting, waiting and wishing
For it to pause
For the world to rewind
But life never goes backwards
And as it goes forward
We loose things
And win things
I guess this is a time when I loose
Memories gone,
Calls stop,
We stop thinking about it
And then it turns to a dust and flies away
Never to be seen again,
Just like I feared
And I am left alone again
A million words unsaid.

so passionate...so sad...sometimes words that are left unsaid...are a burden to the heart...a treasure of wonder lingering in you wondering what would happen if you actually say those words...i think you should say them..its never too late...maybe he has not forgotten...but then again saying the unsaid...will you say it is the question..your poems makes me think..makes me reminisce...beautiful sways of writing...keep it up^^
