A Misconception Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

A Misconception

Seeing men standing on a corner, waiting to be picked
up for work.

In the background a radio is blaring and singing, 'he's
everything you want, everything you need, everything
inside of you that you wish you could be'.

To myself, I thought Ha!

This is indeed funny! I would have taken my own salsa over there and asked them to get the Asado going and the Carne Asada on! Tortilla eater me, always 2 silly!
