A Mother's place, Her warmth and love
Her tender heart and caring words
She shows such strength while hiding her pain
Her role and character to so many lives
Her beauty and boldness, O mother I adore
Her faith in all, Her declaration through Christ
Her door always open to everyone and all
Her giving and restoring, O mother I love
When times were hard she came through for all
When hope was lost she remind us of God
You hunger while we ate
You watch while we sleep
You wore the worst so we could look our best
So much you have done I will always be grateful
I remember your tears because you felt let down
I remember your laughs even through challenges
I know you've made mistakes at times
And I know you wish you could turn back the clock
But God forgave you a long time ago
So just be happy and live life fully
A Mother's love, A Mother's care
A Mother in faith, who's always there.
