A New Song Poem by Karen Touzalin

A New Song

Rating: 4.8

I have been singing a new song
lately,
humming low
sweet notes,
that reverberate in my thighs,
and spiral into my throat
Bursting into tunes,
in your frequency.

I am singing a psalm for you,
chords of joy,
sounding like ur name
humming low sweet notes,
that hit that high
that operatic pitch
and stay there long after
you say
goodnite.

a poem of high emotional intensity... cathartic, even, in its finale... a poem where Sexuality and Sensibility go hand in hand.. Flesh, Heart and Mind.. Fine lyric, Karen

KAREN - Love generates singing which releases emotion which generates love thus the feeling of love is perpetuated 'Long after you say goodnite'. Love is very cathartic - thank you for a lovely poem - Your Friend - JOHN : o) (smile)
