this is just to say

i really think your cat
has had enough

you give her kicks for breakfast
and scraps for dinner

nothing in between,
in fact,

you hardly seem to notice
her existence

when she cries wiith pain and hunger
you just give her more

not to criticise you
or the way you act
just thought i'd point out
you're slowly killing your cat

in case you didn't notice

oh yeah, i forgot


you never do
