A Part Of Me
Women bleed while
men eat ice cream...
and other things
to get over someone...
crying takes the
sharp edge off the pain
for a while warding
off the numbness
knowing all the while
it is futile and
foolish for me to think
i could ever really
get over losing you
who was and always will be
such a part of me.
