A Picture Of Survival
on the shallow lake
lies a red rubber boat
abandoned beside
a dead coral
far from here is a very long bridge
that connects two islands
now what we have here is only a picture
of the possibility of survival
there is no assurance that life
cannot be a misery and properly a subject for another literature.
