A girl finds a picture,
Dating back to years before.
The year on the picture is
Familiar, but yet
It seems so distant.
She looks at the picture closely.
In the picture,
Theres a child with long
Brown hair and hazel eyes.
The girl is smiling in the picture.
She looks like only a child,
But she holds so much
Happiness in her smile.
The picture seems
So familar, but it startles her.
What suprises her the most
Is the person behind the picture.
The little girl is her.
