On this monsoon afternoon
As I lie in an uneasy stupor
An inexplicable power of magic
Insulates me.

Many images float
On the thin veil of my eye
That renders the routine humdrum,
Hazy and fading

The world now is
The monsoon-sea
The Moonlight
And you.
