A Portrait Of Man Poem by SRIRANJI ARATISANKAR

A Portrait Of Man

Rating: 4.3

Drawing of boat yet to be finished
Water level raised rippling
O what a speed!
Flowing getting stumbles..
to this shore to that curvature;
The unfinished boat reached to the swamp;
calmly floating..

As soon as drawing of mountain
With snow-covered peak finished
The morning light stands atop gloriously..

When to draw a portrait of man
Colours faded..

Spreading wings evening alighted...
