A Promise Poem by Amber Cage

A Promise

Rating: 5.0

From heaven to hell,
From health to death,
I’ll travel along with you,
That’s my promise to you.

Though the winter be ruthless,
Flower of our love will keep blooming.
Spreading its fragrance and hue,
That’s my promise to you.

When God will test us,
And life will be same as desert,
My love will be pleasant dew,
That’s my promise to you.

When you’ll feel lonely,
And lost in the herd of people,
I’ll hold your hand and lead you through,
That’s my promise to you.

The seasons may change
And so will the situations,
But to my love I’ll never rue,
That’s my promise to you.
