A Question Of ‘yes' Or ‘no.' Poem by Rajesh Thankappan

A Question Of ‘yes' Or ‘no.'

Don't say ‘no' to ‘no'
Or life shall offer things hard to swallow
Things that get struck in the throat
And pierces like a stubborn dart or an arrow.

But do not replace a possible ‘yes' with a silly ‘no'
Least one is left stranded on the shore
So while saying ‘Yes' or a ‘No'
Gauge the water before you pick-up the oar

Many a time in life we have to say Yes or No.........A 'yes' or 'no' has much relevance! So analyse the pros and cons of the issue before uttering a 'yes' or 'no'! When you can say positively 'yes', never say 'no'! A sane advice!
