The days have been kind
A breath of fresh air
No stuggles or battles with the mind
Only smiles and laughter within

Feeling almost refreshed
Ready to conquer the world
Positive thoughts
Line of communication open

A sunny day
A welcoming breeze
Birds flying by spreading their wings
The sound of children playing in the distance

All the things that can be noticed both inside and out
When filled with hope and acceptance
Push the negatives out of the way and let the sun shine through
You need to be in love with you.

Accept who you are
Know that you are worth it
Life will guide you
Just find the path
For I have needed this breath of fresh air
