A Reason For Tears (2005) Poem by Danie Babcock

A Reason For Tears (2005)

The sun comes down, and the moon finally breaks,
Silently crying alone,
Someones heart breaks,

Staring out of a window into the midst of a cold clear night,
Tears falling from her cheeks,
Holding in with all her might,

Her eyes over flow, she reaches for a star,
Just finger width away,
Why does it feel so far?

Weaker by the second with only one last word,
To tell one person,
Who she wished could have heard,

Eyes shut, No more... Tears sticking between each lash,
All her hopes, and happiness,
drifting away like fallen ash,

Showing no emotion, Wishing for a nightmares end,
No thoughts, No family, No help,
Not any friends,

The clock strikes closer, Shes gains a horrible thought,
For all the pain and suffering,
All this unthinkably world had brought,

Words race through her head,
Love? pain? Hate? Sorrow?
Why live another day...
If the same will happen tomorrow,

a regretful beauty, Slowly raises a guy to her head,
She holds her breath... With one blow,
...She was finally dead...

Falling harshly to the ground,
Blood pours down her face,
Remember an angel,

Who finally found her place...

(I am against suicide, please be one less in this world. R.I.P all The beautiful people.)
