A Rejected Poem Poem by Shalom Freedman

A Rejected Poem

A REJECTED POEM

A rejected Poem
hid itself inside,
and said,
'I will never let them see me
again.'

there is such a thing as a perfect poem, and that's one that's written with feeling and heart and little piece of who you are in them. i use to never show any one my poetry because i didn't feel like it was good enough but truth was it was all in my head. your poems hold such truth and simplicity, joy and some times pain, I Love reading your poems
