A Robbery Everyday Poem by wayne castillo

A Robbery Everyday

a robber would wake up
late in the morning around eleven
he would wash his face
choose and prepare the best clothes he could wear
he would eat breakfast and then get in to his car
instruct the driver to get him to the robbery site
he would arrive around one in the noon
the robber is late but that's okay

the security guards would greet him and

every worker would bow to him

but the robber would just walk past them

the robber would just eat and sit in his office all day
he doesn't even have to move a finger
to get bundles of cash
he just has to sit in his office and sign papers,
attend parties and meetings
with all the other robbers.
