A Rowdy Pair Poem by Tamara Lieber

A Rowdy Pair

Kole & Jeremy Oh! what can we say,
But 'thank you' boys for all the gray.
Stubborn and rowdy; squabble and fight,
But hugging and playing the very same night.
We wish ya'll the best and your teachers too,
For we promise they'll need it to keep up with you.
So smart and achieving you two can be,
It is scary to think what some day the world may see.
At rest or play, your minds never stop,
Forever calculating, measuring, at reach for the top.
That's okay, for it's how you will win,
When childhood ends and adulthood begins.
Be a kid and enjoy your life,
Laugh and play through all strife.
Let us do the worrying for you, my dears;
Soon enough, your turn will be here.
