a saint insane(?)

we’ve been together
for over a decade
the mad man
and i…

he roams the streets
impervious of the climes
clad in woolen
in midsummer
and in an apology
for clothes
in midwinter
two pigtails
like two bird nests
perch on his head
the nests sometimes
get decked with a
bunch of flowers

the insane(?) saint…!

doesn’t disturb any
nor does he look disturbed

is what fascinates me
about him…
