A Sea Of Economic Erosion

Rating: 5.0

Best fertile productive land
worth doubles more if
for housing quick profit sold.

Best agricultural land lost
rich crops lost for ever more.

Yes this was concept time
of culling cutting orchards
globally halving a harvest

less crop less work more money
for half a harvest in producers pocket.

Pure calculated gluttony greed
bugger poor starving millions

but a warning a blessing denied
God blessed land to produce

cut your yield you lazy greedy dog
watch pestilence famine hound your hog

creeping back punishment it will it will
cries of starving millions heaven repays in full

a time of tribulation curses proud pharaoh's land
an angel of dead sweeps over barren desert sand.
