A Single Little Poem
A single cherry blossom
Dancing upon the waters
Of a magical
No mystical pond
With grace such as a feather
Falling from an angel's wing
No ripple of disturbance
Mirrored on the glazed surface
Twirling & whirling
It’s mystic partner
A single dropp of morning dew
Sliding down a river reed
Maneuvering the bowed stem
Like a skilled ballerina
Find the direct path
No time for a farewell
In all but a moment
It's destiny fulfilled
Until another morning dew
A single silent wish
Up on a gentle breeze
Wrapped in a memory
Once a dandelion
Entrusted to the wind
To the breath of Mother
Harold of the kingdom air
Ruled by the rays of Sun
Giving & taking life
As is their charge
Still the speck so small
Of the dandelion lost
Roams freely through this domain
The wish secure by a destiny
Written in the wind & told by trees
Made by that very dandelion
