A Single Mother Poem by Aldo Kraas

A Single Mother

Rating: 0.5

It is hard
For a single
Mother to raise a child
In todays world
They need to go to work
To earn the money to buy food
And pay the bills
And during the day while the mother
Is working
The baby stay at the babysiter

Wow! How heartless the last comment left is! I happen to be a single mom and it wasn't by choice. It is very hard to raise a child alone but it can be done. My daughter is now a 4.0 student entering her third year of college so not all children of single parents end up as the dregs of society! Thank you Aldo for at least having some empathy.

may be... the 'single Mothers' ought too, in the beginning stay out of single's bars. no disrespect intended, from my comment. some of them, do not get my sympathy. take care.
