With all the people around,
there is a silence so dry,
not even a single sound,
just a solitary cry.

It went through all night long,
no one understood, they didn't even try,
though they felt it so strong,
still it was just a solitary cry.

it was all alone that night,
stars didn't come out, they were so shy,
they were all just out of sight,
all that left was a solitary cry.

life is just not in place,
it was all pouring through the sky,
life just lost it's grace,
hence, it was indeed just,
