A Soul With No Voice Trying To Speak Poem by Ana Z. M.

A Soul With No Voice Trying To Speak

Rating: 2.7

I am screaming harder than ever
in a place no one listens
hidding my face from the world
were no one can see how much I cry.

I try to be strong while a criminal's hands
stabs my heart with the sharpest knife
while I try to show no emotion at all
for him not to enjoy my vivid pain.

My aching soul tries to find a voice
but its just to coward to give itself a place
just to humble to put herself before the other
just like a marionet trying to make people laugh.

Ï am trying to fight in a world where
everyone around gets your hopes off your chest
where someone you love is also your cruelest ruler
and where the price you have to pay is just your own happiness.

Ana, this world is a museum of mute statues with flesh and blood. No one speaks but you, no one loves but you and no one cries but you. The soul speaks, but we don't listen because we expect that the statue will speak. You are poetic and your poetry is expressive. It's beautiful and sincere expression of your feelings. If you have time, please read my love poems. I would like to know your views about them. I know you are too young but your experience seems to have matured you. CP
