A Stack Of Ideas - Poem by Jeff Gangwer

I moved about,
From row to row—
Squatting from time to time—
Just so I could collect
A stack of ideas—
Some books and
Some music—
Paper and
Plastic—
Thoughts and
Feelings—
Perhaps the whole of all humanity—
From birth...to death—
Or just a stack—
Simplicity in my hands—
And its limits

Even simplicity has limits.... Or does it?
