Madam, for my two cents you have reached the pinnacle of womanhood and are the joy of the human race.I know the other side.My own mother was a very 'successful' career woman. (Report) Reply

truly a measurable piece of a unknown profession, , known by only a few my mom was a stay at home mom while we were young and then she went to work I remember these from my childhood and especially remember mom when she stayed at home and both your son and daughter will as well, , a beautifully written tribute to a noble and difficult profession, , well done...Cecil (Report) Reply

Connie, it is a noble job! My mother is also a stay at home Mom, and she took good care of us, six children. I couldnt thank enough for evrything she had done to us..Thanks for sharing with us, i will always treasure this..

Con-nie...This i like very much, young lady...It supports all the absolute basic principles of literary verse...Impeccable costruction, Rhythm & Rhyme in sync,
and a storyline of intrigue, and genuinity..So; id Penning!

    Connie,
Let us understand - - - You love those little ones,
and your house is a damn mess! ... Right! ?
At least your priorities are squared away!
At least you know that the children will help you
    with the house keeping ! - - - Right?
If you answered 'Yes! ' ... Don't smoke that anymore!
... and get help right away!

Poem of the Day

poet Wilfred Owen

All sounds have been as music to my listening:
Pacific lamentations of slow bells,
The crunch of boots on blue snow rosy-glistening,
Shuffle of autumn leaves; and all farewells:
