In the sweltering heat of summer
Endless minds halt and wonder
Restless thoughts torn asunder
From the brink of bleak and blunder

In the apex of autumnal equinox,
Tearing new paths and rearing golden locks,
Splendid and slender, voluptuous and vivacious, Raucous and rapturous, now belts the chorus,
'Taryn oh Taryn when will you see,

Crossroads like these become apparent every fourth year.
Will the people let themselves continue to be ruled by fear?
For those who have died the conscionable have shed many a tear.
When the people demand more from their leaders, will those called upon come near?
