A Tear Poem by Paul Warren

A Tear

Rating: 4.7

A tear is a gentle way
Of showing how I felt today
It's hard to speak as well
When on our mate-ship I do dwell

And my running tear
That I did fear
Showed to the world
How our mate-ship gelled

So farewell until the dawn
When you will greet me on that morn
And you and I will smile again
Such friendships can have no other end.

The value of mate-ship being able to express your true feelings.
