A Thousand Times I Try
A thousand times I constantly try
To escape from loves call
not knowing exactly why
I'm so terrified to fall
Hiding away in clouds of unknown
Not knowing why your love I can't take
Dissapointed that inner faith hasn't grown
Believing if I go for it my spirit may break
Unbearable thoughts run through my head
My veins are as cold as ice
Within my fingertips lies dread
Inside my heart swims spice
And words I haven't said
