A Tiny Spec Poem by David Harris

A Tiny Spec

Rating: 5.0

I look around at the world
and get frightened when I realise
I am but a tiny spec.
I am a mere mortal
in a world filled with millions
and millions more
each trying to stand above the rest
and have their name remembered
long after they have gone
for the great things they have done.
I look again at myself
and feel somewhat sad
for I doubt if I’ll be remembered
for anything good or bad.

God made everything for a purpose...and just like the stars in heaven or a tiny spec of sand....we may feel small and insignificant at time but we are all irreplaceable in his eyes....and besides that you will never be forgotten here my friend...hugs lil sis

David loving kind people are always remembered. I only know you by your poetry, but it speaks very well of the type of heart you have. No doubt you will be remembered.
