A Token Of My Love Poem by Roy Price

A Token Of My Love

Darling, as we kiss,
And share the bliss;
Please remember this,
It's just a token of my love.
This gift I bring,
A new golden ring;
The love songs I sing,
It's just a token of my love.
Without a silver chest,
I offer you a treasure;
An old sonnet said it best
"A love too deep to measure."
That well known phrase,
Can delight for days;
And thought my heart's ablaze,
It's just a token of my love.
