A Vivid Daydream Poem by Maria C. Pires Costa

A Vivid Daydream

'Tis a vivid daydream
Resumed in silence
Taking her like a pilgrim
Devotedly into that space
Whose fragrant alley-ways
Dwell in her soul
Whenever she prays.

'Tis a vivid daydream
Held in a high esteem
Listening to pure melodies
Quietly, and life stories
Whose threads warmly woven
Are inextricably intertwined
For they're by God designed.
