A Winter Song For You Poem by Chang Yi Huang

A Winter Song For You

Rating: 5.0

When the snow floated out of the windows,
Wind was whistling, waked me from the nap.
Somehow snowflakes stirred up my memory of
your touch and your smiles.
Dear, I wish you were here with me.
Santa claus will tell you how much i care you,
when you hear the Caledonia.

I clasped your hands in mine and heard the bagpipe music,
when we traveled to Edinburgh....

I loved your poem, and found that you drew me right into the poem just like a good poet can do. I can still hear the song of winter as I begin to take my nap. Good work and welcome to Ph Lynn
