Finding out you are ill is quite a fright
Hang in there and give it some time
Though nothing seems to be working right
I am confident you’d be back in shape in no time

Having a great attitude is a good start
Keep your spirit spark and energy high
Though no one can know what is in your heart
Smiling works and you won’t know until you try

Keep a happy soul and attract happy molecules
Dig deep inside you and find that happy cell
Happiness is the best cure and cheerfulness rules
Don’t let depression take over and sadness dwell

Though life took a turn and now an additional twist
It is up to you to face up to the challenges
But if you give up now you sure will be missed
Don’t ever forget there is always someone that cares
