Abort Not Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

Abort Not

Abort not

Forbidden is always
Main core if abortion
And crime of murder
He was a child-witness…

As a child I ended in Tehran
Child-labour is too harsh
Just to work in the shop
Almost like in Feshark.

Time was so
We all worked.

That morning, like mostly
On my way, and walking
Saw crime in canal, by tree
Foetus, cords, floating.

I recall…what a shame…

And tonight, a movie
Based on some story
Women who aborted
Other one conducted.

One questions:
"What's crime? "
"Who sets law? "
"Right or wrong? "

Some claim:
"My body; as I want."
